30 years old, graphic designer, living in Northern California. Have ran regularly for fitness since 2006. Ran first marathon in 2009.
7 Miles on the asphalt trail. Building my miles back up. Not happy about the fact that 3 miles in I'm feeling tired. Then I get my energy back around mile 6, but this should go away when I am back into regular 30 mile weeks.
7 Miles same as the other day. Still getting a little tired, but gradually gaining back my endurance.
