Personal Best Marathon - 3:10:56 (Wine Country Marathon)

Qualified for Boston in my first marathon and PR'd.Havent beaten that since.

Ran a 50k in 2011 in 6:36 (lots of elevation changes)

8 Miles on the River trail. First 3 were at a very fast pace, but started getting really tired. It's because it was my first run in a while, as well as being early in the day without enough fuel, and then the main reasons being im on antibiotics and coming off a cold and sinus infection. Actually a pretty good run all things considered. Only stopped a couple of times, but was running kinda slow for most of it. Finished with an 8:40/mi pace.

7.5 miles around the neighborhood and uphills and on the trail. Started a little slow, but was pretty good by the end. I run much better in the afternoon and evening I think.
