Had a good run on the river trail. Started off fast, and just decided to run with it. Most of the run was around 7:45 pace. except for going up hill for half a mile at the end. Finished it strong though. I did start getting a little fatigued early. Not enough water and fuel i'm sure. But I stopped and drank a lot half way and that helped a lot. No issues with legs or anything. Calves were fine, knees were fine. It was all pavement too.

Run around the neighborhood and hills. This was hard. I was dehydrated and not enough food. Amazed I did as much as I did. But glad I got it in. I'm trying to pick up the mileage again.

8 miles on the buenaventura trail. (paved) up 2 hills. Good time for the first 4 miles, but slowed it down after that. Was a little fatigued after 2 miles but it went away. not sure why im getting these early run fatigues lately. Probably just need to fuel up a little better.

8 Miles on the River trail. First 3 were at a very fast pace, but started getting really tired. It's because it was my first run in a while, as well as being early in the day without enough fuel, and then the main reasons being im on antibiotics and coming off a cold and sinus infection. Actually a pretty good run all things considered. Only stopped a couple of times, but was running kinda slow for most of it. Finished with an 8:40/mi pace.
