Had a good run on the river trail. Started off fast, and just decided to run with it. Most of the run was around 7:45 pace. except for going up hill for half a mile at the end. Finished it strong though. I did start getting a little fatigued early. Not enough water and fuel i'm sure. But I stopped and drank a lot half way and that helped a lot. No issues with legs or anything. Calves were fine, knees were fine. It was all pavement too.
