30 years old, graphic designer, living in Northern California. Have ran regularly for fitness since 2006. Ran first marathon in 2009.
4 miles on AMT at the gym.
6 miles on pavement.
6 Miles on chico trail. First 3 at a pretty brisk pace, would put it around 7:25/mi
Ran very well, but was short on energy. Both from not enough fuel, but also fighting off a cold. Run helped, I think.
2 miles on the AMT at the gym after a really good workout.
9 miles around my mom's house. Lots of hills, tons of elevation changes. probably 3000-4000 total elevation changes. good run was feeling pretty good the whole time. Calves were really sore the next day. Need to start running more regularly.
