7 Miles on the asphalt trail. Building my miles back up. Not happy about the fact that 3 miles in I'm feeling tired. Then I get my energy back around mile 6, but this should go away when I am back into regular 30 mile weeks.
7 Miles, same run, endurance still building up. A little sore. Both good signs as it means this recent loss of endurance has been from my sparse running lately. Looking forward to doing 10 milers regularly again.
