11 miles up past monkey head on the upper rim trail. Was a little tougher than I was expecting, though I didn't eat anything beforehand, so I actually did pretty good considering that. I think that even at my peak form, it may have been a tough run for me without eating an apple or banana or something first. Felt pretty good, though towards the end I was feeling a little beat in the legs and joints, but I'm walking around fine right now. As long as I get stronger on the long runs it's ok. I think I need to start doing some 14's. now. I'm probably ready. 3.5 miles were at a pretty good pace. Around 7:30 or so.
