5 miles on the elliptical in 42 minutes. Average heart rate was about 180. Definitely doing V02 max training. Felt pretty strong the whole time as well. Hips get a little sore on the elliptical on a resistance level of 18, which was basically like running up a mountain. Felt good about this though. Feeling like my endurance and stamina is still strong, as well as my speed. I think I'm settling into where I think I need to be to qualify for Boston again. Burned 700 calories in only 42 minutes as well, not bad. Weighed 157.5, down 4 lbs since last week, and not bad considering I pigged out this weekend. Should be able to get below 150 within 2 weeks.
